GENERAL INFORMATION FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
- Posters will be mounted on September 5 and dismounted on September 6, 2007. Presenters of posters are requested to be present at their posters on September 5 and 6, 2007 between 13:30 - 14:30 and they are responsible for setting up and removing the posters.
- The dimensions of the of the poster board will be 90 cm (width) x 100 cm (height).
STYLE GUIDE FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS
Abstract Deadline

Abstracts must be received by internet by the Symposium Secretariat, (ispc5@hacettepe.edu.tr) not later than July 30, 2007. Faxed abstracts will not be accepted. No corrections and changes will be allowed after submission.
Instructions for Abstract Submission

Abstracts should be edited in MS-Word, version 97 or later version.

Paper size should be A4, 21cm x 29.7cm (8.26 in. x 11.6 in.) and margins are set for 3 cm on all sides of the page and 1.5-line spaced.

All text must be in English and typed in Times New Roman.

The maximum length of abstract should not exceed than one page.

Name of abstract file should contain the presenting author's full name and abstract title

Figures have to be supplied in TIF format at min. 800 DPI resolution

Allow one line space between the items given below:
Title
-
Title should be centered and typed in Times New Roman font 11, bold. All letters should be typed in capitals
Authors
-
Names of the authors should be centered, typed in Times New Roman font 11, bold and marked with numbers 1,2,3,.., if affiliations of authors are different. The presenting author's name should be underlined.
Affiliation
-
Names of affiliations should be centered and typed in Times New Roman font 10, italic.

When authors' affiliations are different, should be identified with a number in superscript at the beginning of each affiliation.

In a separate line, e-mail address of corresponding author should be given.
Body Text

Body text should be typed in Times New Roman font 11 using 1.5-line space with justify paragraph format in all body text.
